We are seeking a Sales Support Associate with 4+ years of culinary sales experience to join our team. This role involves leading inbound and outbound sales initiatives, being an expert in our culinary experiences, and continuously improving the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives
  • Be an expert in Cozymeal’s culinary experiences
  • Follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Continuously improve the sales process and offerings on Cozymeal

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of culinary sales experience
  • 4+ years of phone sales experience
  • Revenue-driven with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient time management and ability to work independently
  • Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and email
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Excel
