About the Role

As a Business Development Representative with Ukrainian-English at TTEC, you'll be part of bringing humanity to business. This is an exciting opportunity to ignite your career and make a lasting impact on customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in your field through comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through voice, chat, or email interactions, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, from small businesses to C-level executives, by understanding their needs and delivering value-added services.
Your Qualifications
  • 1+ year of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in cloud-based technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
  • Reside in or be willing to work in Krakow, Poland.
