Customer Experience Specialist with Slovak-English Language Skills

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist with Slovak-English language skills. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial, public sector, or consumer customers.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll work effectively to service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers. Your primary goal will be to achieve revenue quotas by providing professional customer service, analyzing and strategizing how to manage and upsell accounts, contacting existing customers for consultations, and navigating clients to implement campaign suggestions.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets while being part of a larger sales team. You'll also get to problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns, encouraging them to try new marketing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Slovak and English, sales aptitude, goal orientation, and computer savvy. You'll reside in or be able to work in Warsaw, Poland or relocate to Krakow with us.
