Company Overview

We are Language Matters, a leading software company based in West London. We're seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our close-knit sales and support team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a talented individual who can provide high-level SaaS support and training on products and services in a professional and consultative manner. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment, leveraging their technical expertise and language skills to deliver exceptional customer service and product support via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via phone and email.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM systems at all times.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products by keeping up-to-date and providing guidance and advice on the products and services.
  • Demonstrating products and providing online and in-person training for clients.
  • Creating and updating training manuals and videos as well as leading webinars.
  • Travelling to clients and exhibitions to promote products.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French, German, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish to a native level, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer/client services.
  • Experience or knowledge of the SaaS industry is advantageous.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional manner.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience
