We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with inquiries related to meal card services
- Resolve issues and provide information on account management and usage
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic service
Requirements
- Proficiency in French (C2) and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of € 1,000 per month, paid over 14 months, along with additional benefits such as a meal allowance, transport allowance, and a position bonus.
About the Role
This is a permanent contract role with a 3-month trial period, offering a unique opportunity to work with a hybrid work model that combines on-site and remote work arrangements.
