Language Matters has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Client Support Adviser to join their team in West London. The successful candidate will provide high-level support and training on software products and services, utilizing their expertise in French, German, or Nordic languages.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that offers excellent career development opportunities and travel possibilities. As a member of our close-knit sales and support team, you will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and product support via phone and email.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality customer support and product guidance via multiple channels.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Demonstrating products and delivering online and in-person training sessions.
  • Creating training materials, including manuals and videos.
  • Representing the company at client exhibitions and events.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a customer-focused approach and be fluent in French, German, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish, as well as English.

Requirements
  • Native fluency in French, German, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B customer/client services.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is an advantage.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
