Your Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Italian Language Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building relations of trust through open and interactive communication, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools available.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Native or near-native Italian language (C1-C2)
- A very good command of English (B2)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
