Job Overview:
In this role as a Customer Support Specialist, you will interact with clients through various channels, including phone, live chat, email, and social media. You will handle account, technical, and financial inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to improvements in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide top-notch support via phone, live chat, email, and social media to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address Inquiries: Handle account setup, verification, login issues, financial concerns, and technical difficulties.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Be a trusted advisor to customers, particularly in the sports industry, providing expert guidance and support.
- Respond Quickly: Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
- Maintain High Service Standards: Maintain high service standards in line with company policies.
- Provide Suggestions: Suggest process and service improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
- Citizenship/Residency: EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
- Experience: 0-1 year experience in customer support.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to Learn: Eagerness to learn and grow.
