Digital Sales Representative with English

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Representative with English language skills to join our team at TTEC. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through voice, chat, or email interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell customer accounts.
- Contact existing customers for consultations and work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets.
- Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns.
- Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to the overall team sales targets.
Requirements
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in English.
- Sales aptitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Computer savvy and ability to reside in or relocate to the Krakow area.
