Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns
  • Build relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Polish and very good English language knowledge
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
