Business Development Representative Role
At Teleperformance Greece, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation, qualification, and management
- Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
- Collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
- Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
- Qualify opportunities and handle objections
- Research and build new and existing accounts
Requirements:
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
What You Will Do:
- Project 1: Lead generation, qualification, management
- Project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound)
