We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our international team based in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for B2B phone sales and a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role

">

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop, and establishing and cultivating strong relationships swiftly by telephone.

Key Responsibilities

">

• Proactively engage with potential clients to discuss partnership opportunities
• Showcase the benefits of working with Games Workshop
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and expand the client base across Europe

Requirements

">

• Full business proficiency in European Portuguese and English is essential.
• A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is required.
• Experience in sales, particularly in B2B phone sales, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients.

What We Offer

• Salary: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission)
• Generous Benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme (4% of salary), profit share bonus, and share save scheme.
