We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Portugal, responsible for prospecting and booking demos with qualified clients in the UK for our Business Development Managers.

The ideal candidate will:

  1. Interact with prospects mainly by telephone, email, and social media.
  2. Meet or exceed the assigned call quota per day.
  3. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound).
  4. Be the first point of contact in the sales process.
  5. Engage and create interest in our solution.
  6. Schedule demos with the Business Development Manager.
  7. Analyze and improve personal results to enhance KPIs.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales.
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.
  • English proficiency level: C1 (advanced).
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
