About the Role: As a Business Development Representative with Ukrainian-English language skills, you will play a crucial part in creating and delivering amazing customer experiences. You will be working as part of a dynamic team in Krakow, Poland, and will contribute to the success of our customers and the overall success of the team.
Job Description: Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating sales agreements, handling objections, recommending products, and building a healthy sales pipeline. You will support customers ranging from small to medium-size businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have experience prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals. You should also have some understanding of cloud-based software and exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Ukrainian and English. Additionally, you should have at least 1+ year of demonstrated sales experience and a solution-oriented mindset.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is around 45,000 PLN (approximately $10,500 USD). You will receive private Luxmed medical care, including dental care and eye care plan (glasses reimbursement), a generous relocation package of 2000 PLN net, Multisport Card, flexible working hours, additional days of annual leave, anniversary bonus, partial language course reimbursement program, and tuition program for sales courses and studies.
