Business Development Representative

Establish a strong sales presence in the European market as a Business Development Representative for Games Workshop. We are seeking a proactive and target-driven sales professional to expand our client base across Europe. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and relocation support.
Salary€40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission)
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an ambitious individual who can proactively engage with potential independent retailers through cold calling, showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop, establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone, and identify client needs and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.
Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation, thrives on surpassing targets, and embraces challenges. They must be resilient in the face of rejection, demonstrating persistence and determination, naturally skilled in sales with the ability to guide and influence decision making.

To succeed in this role, you must possess full business proficiency in German and a good level of English, have a degree or equivalent higher education qualification, and be willing to work in a full-time office role at our Barcelona office.
