We are seeking a highly skilled HR Contractor Specialist to join our team at SBM Offshore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our contingent workforce, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with our legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in the Contingent Workforce environment, with extensive communication with internal stakeholders and contingent workforce agencies.
- Liaison with the Contingent Workforce Officer to ensure smooth contingent workforce administration.
- Pro-actively share local best practices with other team members to ensure improvement of local execution.
- Support the Contingent Workforce Manager on topics related to contingent workforce, including rate bands and frame agreements.
- Ensure contingent workforce evaluation (SQR) in liaison with HRBPs and Managers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to agency contracts and contingent workforce documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative work and coordination roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a good English level.
- Ability to coordinate and interface with various internal and external stakeholders, with good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities, with a proactive and on-top-of-things attitude.
- Capacity to share complete and accurate information, with high-level confidentiality.
