Job DescriptionWe're seeking an entrepreneurial and growth-driven individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Healthcare Growth Strategist, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to onboard, manage, and expand our portfolio of employer clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving client growth and engagement by leading implementation projects and fostering employee engagement
- Managing the end-to-end client lifecycle, ensuring seamless experiences for new clients
- Cultivating strategic relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and working to surpass clinical and economic outcomes
- Developing and executing growth-oriented account plans, assessing total account potential, and recommending strategic investments
- Championing customer needs internally, collaborating with teams to address pain points and deliver solutions
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Passion for expanding access to world-class healthcare by driving measurable growth and value for clients
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise-level customer success, implementation, or account management roles
- Strong growth mindset and results orientation, with a proven ability to meet or exceed growth targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence through data analysis and storytelling
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to oversee multiple customer relationships and drive growth initiatives
- Proficient in data tools like Google Sheets or Excel to analyze account data and track growth metrics
