About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for getting high-quality results and a proven ability to simplify complexities. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT Migration Business Analyst to drive the migration within EMEA and build relationships with operational / business leaders across the region.
The jobholder will be responsible for executing and delivering the migration of the core consumer CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. They will partner with key members of the program team, technical delivery partners, and the business to meticulously plan the business and technical migration activities.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing best practices, driving process improvements, and providing ongoing thought leadership to ensure that our operational processes and systems are customer-focused and efficient.
