As the Project Coordinator/Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our external expert outreach project. This includes conducting outreach to B2B marketing experts, building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals, and analyzing results to refine outreach strategies.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage high-profile B2B marketers.
- Manage a small team, including an outreach specialist and an interviewer.
- Analyze results and make data-driven decisions to optimize outreach processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
- Cultivate strong relationships with industry professionals to encourage participation in INFUSE Academy interviews.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in business development, cold outreach, or sales (BDR experience preferred).
