As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading external expert outreach efforts to engage and onboard high-profile B2B marketers for interviews.

About the Job

You will lead a small but dynamic team, overseeing outreach operations while actively participating in the process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, cold outreach, or sales (BDR experience preferred).

This is a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet clear goals and KPIs for the external expert outreach project.
  • Oversee and support a small team, including an outreach specialist and an interviewer.
  • Conduct outreach to B2B marketing experts via cold outreach and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, encouraging participation in INFUSE Academy interviews.
  • Conduct interviews with selected experts, ensuring engaging and insightful discussions.
  • Analyze results to refine outreach strategies and optimize processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, cold outreach, or sales (BDR experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A passion for networking and learning.
