Sales Partnership Specialist

Rival seeks an experienced Sales Partnership Specialist to contribute to our mission of empowering sales and marketing teams with innovative tools. Our cloud-based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries. As a member of our international team, you'll collaborate with colleagues from more than 50 nationalities, working towards a common goal: making everyday work faster and easier.
The ideal candidate will have a background in content creation, with strong cross-functional skills and experience in analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs. They will thrive in this role if they can identify, create, train, and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs for partners and internal audiences while ensuring compliance with partner programs, policies, processes, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective enablement strategies to enhance partner performance.
- Design and deliver training content for diverse audiences, including the creation of the content structure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in enablement efforts.
- Conduct regular analyses to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure their success and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong experience with CRM tools (experience with Rival is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams (sales, marketing, product development).
- Ability to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and design action points based on insights.
- Basic project management skills.
