Job Description:The Junior Lifestyle Manager will be required to provide specialist advice and knowledge, insider access, and exclusive privileges to enable everything from everyday needs to life's defining moments for our discerning clients.
- Deliver luxurious experiences and create long-lasting memories for our clients.
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction is achieved at all times.
- Assist clients with their day-to-day lifestyle needs, including travel, restaurants, events, education, real estate, wine, art, personal shopping, health, and entertainment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Ability to understand and cater to different levels of satisfaction among clients.
- Clear understanding of privacy and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustable relationships with clients.
- Background in hospitality, customer service, personal assistance, luxury travel, and leisure is an advantage.
- Fluent English language skills with additional languages being an asset.
