Key Responsibilities:- Central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users
- Develop solutions while following established protocols, procedures, and instructions
- Manage all types of reports generated by users
- Provide excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding user behavior and Virtual Reality world rules
- Attend to schedules and participate in "roundtable" sessions to discuss upcoming trends and provide input to the Support team
- Ensure compliance with client workflows and policies, including exposure to sensitive content
- Stay up-to-date with client updates regarding workflows and policies
- Fluency in one Nordic language (Icelandic or Norwegian or Danish or Swedish) + English (B2)
