Project Coordinator for Commercial Operations

Iqvia Argentina seeks a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to field-based staff, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role involves strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Team Coordinator function to understand its contribution to the commercial business.
  • Be the primary point of contact for project-related queries, handling issues as needed or directing them to the appropriate contact.
  • FOLLOW PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES, WORKING WITH DEPARTMENTS (HR, FLEET, RESOURCING, HR-PCS, AMEX, BT ETC.) TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE TEAM ADMINISTRATION, UPDATING SYSTEMS ACCORDINGLY.
  • TRACK LEVELS OF ABSENCE, IDENTIFY SICKNESS TRENDS WITHIN THE PROJECT, AND HIGHLIGHT COST IMPLICATIONS AS APPROPRIATE.
  • Facilitate presentation production and documentation, organize team/customer meetings, and finalize minutes in collaboration with the Project Director.
  • SUPPORT MONTH-END ADMINISTRATION, ALLOCATING DAILY RATES TO FIELD TEAMS ALONG WITH RELEVANT TIMESHEETS, ACCURATELY COLLATING INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE ROLLING FORECAST, WITHIN PROJECT DEADLINES.
  • CONDUCT FINANCIAL TRACKING FOR PROJECT REVENUE RECOGNITION AND LIAISE WITH MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS.
  • UNDERTAKE DIARY MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT DIRECTOR.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, telephone manner, team working skills, flexible attitude to work.
  • Good prioritization skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to use initiative, plan ahead, proactive in problem-solving, diplomatic, and able to demonstrate appropriate decisions within scope of authority.
  • Able to share experience and learning, able to prioritize and liaise with field staff and customers effectively.
  • Intermediate understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in the EU.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
