Are you a problem-solver who enjoys technology and helping others? This is your opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft in Lisbon, where you'll help enterprise customers solve complex technical issues using the latest Microsoft technologies.

What You'll Do:


Provide exceptional technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers, resolving issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.


Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with engineers, product groups, and management to find the best solutions.


Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering efficient support in Czech and English.


Ensure all requests adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and document your technical work for future reference.

What You'll Bring:


Strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.).


Experience working with Azure Active Directory Connect, Active Directory, and PowerShell.


Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).


A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
