At The Central House, we believe in creating welcoming environments for our guests and team. Our unique culture is built on a passion for service, globally minded individuals, and genuine care. We need a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Lisboa for a full-time position, working 5 days a week.
About the JobThis role involves maintaining a friendly demeanor, using suggestive selling techniques, registering guests, and resolving customer issues. Strong relationships with other departments are crucial, as well as adhering to proper credit and cash handling policies.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a cheerful and courteous attitude at all times
- Sell rooms and promote services using suggestive techniques
- Register guests and assign rooms
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Liaise with other departments for a seamless experience
- Familiarize yourself with safety procedures and report suspicious activity
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Run day-end audits and police reports
The ideal candidate will have studies in Tourism and/or professional training in tourist accommodation management. Native Portuguese speakers with high English proficiency are highly valued. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MEWS program, and multiple languages is an asset.
What We OfferWe provide a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience.
