Job Opportunity: Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional eShop and marketplaces in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR)
* Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces
* Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets and regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics
* Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces
* Coordinate regularly with the regional head Digital Sales and eShop capability owner, and maintain relationships with the regional marketplaces manager
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
* Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or sales in digital platforms
* Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed
* Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management
* Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluency in English & Spanish
* Availability to travel
