Job Title: Commercial Manager for E-Commerce Growth

Job Description:

Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Manager to promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional (Spain) eShop and marketplaces. Your contribution to something big:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR).
  • Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.
  • Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets and regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate regularly with the regional head Digital Sales and eShop capability owner, and maintain relationships with the regional marketplaces manager.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or sales in digital platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.
  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Availability to travel.
