E-Commerce Associate Commercial Manager

Job Opportunity:

Bosch Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager to promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional eShop and marketplaces in Spain.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR).
  • Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.
  • Meet regional P&L targets, regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics.
  • Implement global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with regional head Digital Sales, eShop capability owner, and regional marketplaces manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital marketing, or sales in digital platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.
  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel.
