Job Responsibilities
The Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our employer brand, ensuring a positive and consistent image in the job market. This includes creating compelling content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences through various channels, such as social media, blogs, and videos. The successful candidate will also design and manage job postings across various platforms, utilize social media networks to connect with potential candidates, and collaborate with the recruitment team and marketing team to understand the needs and requirements for each role and project.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of work experience related to employer branding and marketing. You should have an in-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach on each platform. Strong content creation and storytelling skills are also essential, as well as the ability to develop compelling and visually appealing social media content.
