Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator for our team in France and Benelux. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for executing the global accounts payable process with efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the global accounts payable process with efficiency and effectiveness in a defined area
- Ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, standards, and agreed-upon ways of working within the accounts payable process
- Perform quality checks and secure AP process delivery as defined in framework agreements and/or Service Level Agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information to employees, managers, and other finance colleagues
- Support external and internal financial audits and resolve audit findings
- Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as KIC and legal regulations
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable or related finance role
- Preferred system experience – SAP (R/3 and S/4), Invoice Track or comparable Accounts Payable ERP, Ariba, and Office 365
- Proficient in English – oral and written communication skills
- Flexible – readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strategically agile in understanding all business components and how they fit together

- Other language skills an advantage
