We are currently seeking a skilled Dutch Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our social media department, you will play a vital role in analyzing and verifying account information to ensure it meets internal policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and verify online social media and advertising content to ensure compliance with company policies.
  2. Conduct research into the latest social media patterns and produce actionable insights.
  3. Liaise with clients to resolve complex escalations within agreed deadlines.
  4. Create case numbers and track progress using internal systems.
  5. Assess sensitive content to ensure adherence to regulations and company procedures.
  6. Collaborate with clients on process and product improvement initiatives based on findings.
  7. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to deliver optimal results.
  8. Work towards company and client targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • Fluency or near fluuency in Dutch
  • English proficiency and comprehension
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands
  • Experience in administration desirable but not required
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
