Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative with German-English. In this role, you'll work closely with our operations manager to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Digital Sales Representative with German-English, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing professional customer service to meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales targets
* Analyzing and strategizing how to manage and upsell accounts
* Contacting existing customers in your portfolio for a consultation
* Working in a target-driven environment while increasing the customer base
* Problem solving and consulting with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encouraging them to try new marketing strategies
* Navigating the client so they can implement campaign suggestions
* Building a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using your analytical skills while increasing program revenue
