**Job Summary**

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling user experiences across various digital platforms. This role requires experience in leading a small design team, collaborating with development teams, and driving technical direction.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the design team as part of the wider product team.
  • Collaborate with development team leads, delivery, and product managers to develop products that meet client needs.
  • Be hands-on with technology, helping drive technical direction through creation of exemplars and definition of internal best practices.
