Key Responsibilities- Analyse payment processing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that reduce costs, increase approval rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as success rates, transaction costs, and customer payment preferences.
- Build models to forecast the financial implications of various payment optimization strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management on payment optimization initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data or business analytics, ideally within payments, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar platforms).
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
