About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Unit Generation Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting commercial project implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new offers and implement orders, including logistics, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of required goods and services.
  • Prepare and coordinate commercial activities, order implementation process, and project requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal collaborators and project stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate logistics guides for export and customs control requirements.
  • Support project teams in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting costs related to project responsibilities.
  • Assist in claim management by providing defect analysis and solutions.
  • Coordinate shipping of materials and temporary goods to customers' sites within existing guidelines.
  • Perform commercial project management tasks, such as preparing tax-related documentation, creating internal service agreements, and maintaining project data quality in Salesforce.com.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a commercial focus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS/ICFR applicable regulations.
  • Experience in project sales support and/or project execution, including planning and handling interfaces with related functions.
  • Result-oriented, highly motivated, and committed individual.
  • Familiarity with international matrix organizations and self-drive agile teams.
  • Sophisticated MS Office 365 application skills and SAP knowledge.
  • Fluent English speaker, German is desirable.
