Your Job Description:
You will play a vital role in our Group HRIS program, reporting to the Product Owner and responsible for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support. This involves managing ticketing for HR solutions, overseeing development requests, and maintaining timely communication with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Post Go-Live Support:
- Manage ticketing for HR solutions, oversee development requests, and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
- Level 1 Support:
- Coordinate production instances, prepare dashboards, and manage user access security reviews.
- Level 2 Support:
- Handle incident management, referential management, change requests, and provide solutions based on entities' needs.
- Level 3 Support:
- Analyze complex issues, support lower-level teams, and implement improvements based on assessment campaigns.
Your Profile:
We are seeking candidates with proven experience as a Business Analyst or Service Support Analyst, particularly in HRIS system implementations in international contexts. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and a robust understanding of data migration, integration, and testing methodologies is also essential.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and configuration.
- Expertise in testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to engage and persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage time effectively.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
