.Are you an HR Business Analyst seeking a new interesting challenge?If your answer is yes, it's your lucky day so keep reading, it can be just what you're looking forWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Industry or functional expertise in Retail is an Asset.An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience.Knowledge of modern software development lifecycle practice and techniques, including Agile, Scrum.Prior experience working with Workday (Core HR, Security, Reward, Absence, Reporting) or an equivalent HR Platform.Demonstrable proficiency in HR operational activities.Track record of successful involvement in large global organizational change.Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.English + Portuguese.GOOD TO HAVE:Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Passion for technology and knowledge.HOW YOUR DAILY JOB WILL BE?Support our P&C & Product teams in the continual prioritization of the Demand Backlog.Elicit requirements using meetings & workshops as appropriate.Participate in the development of business process definitions including eliciting current state processes and facilitating the definition of future state processes that are valid, traceable and justifiable.Critically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish between user requests and the underlying true needs.Interpret business needs to resolve process and technical solution issues and recommend business process, system and integration change options to resolve.Document requirements in business & functional specifications and application configuration workbooks.Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams to discuss and agree solution options.Proactively make recommendations to the Product team on tactical and strategic opportunities which maximize business value.Participate in Sprint Prioritization meetings as a trusted advisor.Lead our P&C teams in the creation of UAT Scenarios and UAT testing.WHERE AND WHEN?- Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work- Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PMWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU?Permanent contractPay and benefits - Competitive salary and a flexible compensation plan adapted to your needs (Ticket restaurant plan + Health Insurance).Opportunity knocks - Being a part of a growing company, we want to support your path with a career development plan and annual performance-based compensation reviews.Learn as you grow - Starting with a fantastic onboarding program, TCS has robust learning platforms that will allow you to learn and grow personal as professionally.Bring your buddy - If you have referred a friend for an open position under the BYB Scheme and she/he is hired you'll receive a very attractive cash award.Connect globally - Work with people from all over the world
