About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Sales Account Executive to join our team at Abrivia Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients' needs by delving deep and understanding their business models.
  • Work with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analyzing data.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new and innovative ways to continually enhance the customers' experience.
  • Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • CRM proficiency experience a plus.
