We are seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Leader to join our team in Portugal. This is a unique opportunity to lead and motivate employees across locations, driving personal targets and team SLAs forward.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, conducting regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews. They will also monitor and manage staffing, capacity, and work distribution, ensuring optimum productivity, efficiency, and workflow management.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating employees to meet and exceed personal targets and team SLAs;
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders within the business;
- Conducting regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews;
- Monitoring and managing staffing, capacity, and work distribution;
- Acting as the first point of contact to manage team-related issues and challenges;
- Encouraging and promoting employee wellbeing through active participation in wellness activities and other initiatives;
- Proactively identifying and communicating market trends and insights;
- Identifying risks and putting appropriate mitigation measures in place;
- Documenting processes, implementing, and managing changes within the lines of business;
- Providing regular and ad hoc reporting to management teams.
We're looking for someone with fluency in written and spoken English, preferably with a higher education degree. Google Workspace management skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You'll need strong attention to detail to ensure information is complete and accurate. The salary range for this role is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
