Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Multitempo CoE Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in executing day-to-day accounting operations under the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) 3rd Party service providers. This role focuses on high-volume transactions with medium complexity, including manual data entry, master data, payment/collection transactions, and intercompany services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Stellantis' day-to-day accounting operations executed under BPO 3rd Party service providers with a focus on high-volume transactions with medium complexity.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and business partners to deliver results while maximizing the success of all contributors.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to develop effective partnerships and provide a strategic perspective in discussions and communications.
Requirements
- A Master's Degree is required; a Strong Finance/Accounting background preferred with Internal Control experience.
- Proactive business style, self-directed, dynamic, and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a highly challenging and changing environment.
- Skilled communicator with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid work experience in Finance with experience within a shared services environment or in a transformation/transversal management capacity.
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership (internally and externally), influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organization.
- Business acumen to develop effective partnerships with key stakeholders and provide a strategic perspective in discussions and communications.
- Ability to work with remote teams, set priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
Salary Estimate
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000, depending on qualifications and location.
