Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for Digital Marketing to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing daily support to existing customers in the B2B market, identifying sales opportunities, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily customer support and sales opportunity identification
  • Building trust with marketing industry stakeholders and consultants
  • Understanding customer business objectives to achieve effective online advertising
  • Offering strategic campaign support and advertising training to educate customers
  • Sales increase through up-selling to trained customers
  • Achieving high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Requirements:
  • Fluent French and good level of English (at least B2)
  • High school degree or bachelor's degree
  • Sales or marketing background
  • General understanding or interest in online marketing products
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Team player willing to work with diverse nationalities

Benefits:
  • Fixed-term contract for one year with option to renew annually
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40hr/week) working hours
  • Fully paid 5-week training program
  • Salary conditions: 990€ gross/month + bonus up to 900€ gross per quarter (with accommodation), or 1080€ gross/month + bonus up to 900€ gross per quarter (without accommodation)
  • 100% compensation during training period
  • International applicants: reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months, pick-up from airport, annual return ticket, help with paperwork and bank account setup, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events
