The Role: Maintenance Manager
In this challenging position as Maintenance Manager at Reckitt Benckiser Group, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the heartbeat of our factory. Your expertise will drive the seamless integration of workflows and technological advancements to support our dynamic supply chain operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a strategic capital investment plan spanning a rolling 5-year period.
- Manage the capital investment process from inception to delivery, ensuring projects align with specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Provide comprehensive oversight of investment plans, guaranteeing resource allocation meets internal customer delivery expectations.
- Deliver on project success criteria, ensuring that business benefits are audited and realised.
- Conduct post-capital appraisal, report closures, and champion continuous improvement across all areas of the engineering and maintenance teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and management skills within projects and manufacturing environments.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and proven project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver financial performance and commercial insights.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
- Strong record in leadership roles, managing engineering and maintenance personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact meaningfully at all levels.
