About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Expert to join our innovative HRIS team at SIXT Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation of HR processes and procedures within Workday.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical expert and consultant during the implementation of new features in Workday, ensuring alignment with the organization's HR processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday with other HR systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems and errors.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and updates of Workday, ensuring it is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Workday HR, including its modules, features, and capabilities.
  • Experience in data entry, data validation, and data integrity best practices within HR systems.
  • Strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within HR systems.
  • Ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively in an international environment.
