Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our online environment by reviewing and moderating digital content. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong language skills and can work independently as part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Moderation: Daily review and moderation of various types of digital content including videos, news stories, images, social media profiles, and political ads.
  • Policy Enforcement: Enforce our client's terms of use by identifying and addressing reports of abuse and ensuring content aligns with established guidelines.
  • Scoring Content: Evaluate content based on age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to stay updated on our client's policies and moderation techniques.
  • Employee Support and Reporting: Engage in employee assistance programs and reporting initiatives to support personal and team well-being.
  • Escalation and Reporting: Escalate issues through the appropriate channels when necessary to maintain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess fluency in Norwegian and English languages. Additionally, willingness to relocate to Greece is a must.

Salary: The estimated monthly salary for this position is €1300 + benefits.
