Job Description
The Channel Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and promoting Phiture's position as a worldwide leader in Unified Threat Management. This involves working with partners within assigned territories, spearheading new business development, and managing all reseller partnerships at Bronze and Silver levels.

Responsibilities
* Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
* Develop plans for partner enablement and training in assigned territory
* Coordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
* Assume responsibility for accurate sales forecasting and updating Salesforce accordingly
* Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
* Proactively lead joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives and critical milestones
* Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally
* Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory
* Recruit new qualifying partners

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors
* Ability to build business and marketing plans with partners
* Experience with the Distribution channel model
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak English fluently
* Competitive, self-starter, team player
