Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled User Interface Specialist to create an impeccable UX experience for our core product portfolio and user interface design expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and designing user flows and experiences that simplify complex content and actions into usable interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs.
- Define and design user flows and experiences that ease complex content and actions into usable interfaces.
- Partner with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and developers to oversee the user experience of new solutions or features from conception to launch.
- Turn broad conceptual ideas into valuable assets for the product development team.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of UX design experience, including knowledge of defining what an experience should look like on web and mobile. Proven expertise in defining, designing, measuring the success, and iteratively optimizing user flows within the context of product-led growth is also essential.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
- 5+ years of UX design experience.
- Proven expertise in defining, designing, measuring the success, and iteratively optimizing user flows.
- Visual design experience with proficiency in typography, web and mobile UIs, color, layout, iconography.
- Aesthetic sense and knowledge of the impact of these elements on mobile and desktop.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working with multiple product teams.
