Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at The Central House in Lisbon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hostel's front desk and guest services.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, handling any complaints or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for leading our front desk team, training and mentoring them to deliver top-notch service. Additionally, you will oversee daily cash transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain a positive working environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or relevant experience in accommodation management. They will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of MEWS PMS is a plus.
