Technical Support for Software Services

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic team, providing top-notch technical support to customers. As a Technical Support for Software Services, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via various communication channels.
  • Documenting case information accurately to facilitate seamless resolution processes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Type of contract: one year contract, renewable every year.
  • Paid training (1 - 4 weeks).
  • Working hours: full time (40 h/week; 5 days/ week) on rotating shifts (Mo - Fr 7 am - 10 pm).
  • Salary conditions – two options available.

For international candidates, we offer additional benefits, including airport pick-up, administrative support, and reimbursement of flight costs.
