TN Portugal is looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients using Shopify via phone, email, or chat.

Key Tasks:
  • Provide first-level technical support to clients using Shopify.
  • Focus on resolving critical issues that negatively impact the customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.

You will be responsible for conducting postmortem analysis and following up with the involved teams.

Our ideal candidate has flexibility to work in 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a 24/7 support operation.
